Join Luxoft in developing a Hedge Fund Management Trading Platform (Orchestrade) for a top‑initiative project within a hedge fund. The team will implement new trading system features, including pre‑deal origination workflow, post‑execution monitoring, dedicated workflow configuration, and integration with Operations and Finance.

• Tech stack: .NET (C#), Microsoft SQL, hosted on AWS or in‑house.
• Role: Senior Business Analyst, responsible for roadmap definition and delivery execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior business analyst with 10+ years of experience in capital markets and trading software.
• Be an integral part of the design, implementation, and test team.
• Gather requirements through workshops and one‑to‑one discussions with business SMEs.
• Analyze, evaluate, and verify requirements with development, verification team members, and business representatives.
• Document requirements in JIRA as user stories with proper acceptance criteria.
• Create user stories, use cases, and scenarios for the given requirements.
• Work and communicate in a cross‑functional global team comprising BA, developers, project managers, and support representatives.
• Test and confirm that development matches the requested features.
• Proactively provide status, raise issues, and communicate necessary information to ITPL and other appropriate team members via daily stand‑up meetings and one‑on‑one meetings.
• Participate in discussions and presentations.
• Facilitate and assist in the story‑point estimation / task estimation process related to activities in an Agile environment.

Must‑Have Skills

• Hands‑on experience with Orchestrade.
• Capital market experience with strong cross‑product knowledge.
• Excellent analytical skills, understanding of project life cycles, and ability to act entrepreneurially to ensure proper requirements gathering.
• Proven analytical, planning, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Comfortable with direct communication across all technical and business levels.
• Exposure to trading platforms such as Murex, Calypso, Orchestrade, etc.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in a highly collaborative, dynamic, multi‑team environment.
• Knowledge of financial products or experience in banking.
• Experience writing user stories and working with JIRA or similar tools.
• System integration and user acceptance testing.
• Basic technical skills: SQL, C# knowledge.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience on a trading platform like Murex or Calypso is definitely a plus.
• Experience with Agile practices and processes (e.g., SCRUM, KANBAN).
