Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Business Analyst to join our investment management and financial technology efforts in Southern California. You will work with a major client to document requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and developers.

Responsibilities include collecting business needs, coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, and validating that delivered software meets specifications.

Business Analyst | Investment Management & Financial Technology

Luxoft is looking for a Business Analyst who would be working with our Customer - one of the world's largest investment management companies. We are looking for talented and ambitious people to work on software engineering project(s) in the client's offices in Southern California.

Business Analyst would be working in a dynamic project to equip the client’s investment division with new generation self-service solution.

Responsibilities

• Discuss, understand and document project stakeholder business requirements to direct software and business process development
• Collaborate with the development team to design and present the proposition to the stakeholders/users
• Work with the team during the development phase to ensure business requirements are met and that requirements and specification documents are kept up to date
• Proactively manage changes to requirements to ensure all parties have a full understanding of the required changes and the system/process/project implications
• Work with the development team to test the software and business processes developed to ensure they satisfy the business requirements, and meet the design/specification.

Mandatory Skills Description
