You will lead requirements capture for software development teams, document requirements in ALM tools, and collaborate with business users, IT, and leadership.

The ideal candidate has extensive SAFe/Agile experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver clear functional specifications. A Master’s degree in Engineering and U.S.

Qualifications

Strong background in software development with Agile/SAFe experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the capture of business requirements for software development teams.
Document and manage requirements in an ALM tool with collaboration across stakeholders.
Perform Agile requirement management and develop and decompose user stories and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with Systems Engineers to assess impact on technical solutions and deliverables.
Write and deliver project documents and manage traceability among requirements, test cases, and risks.
