Responsibilities

• Lead fullstack development with ~70% React frontend and ~30% Java backend.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and deliverables.
• Guide onshore-offshore teams, ensure engineering practices and handoffs.
• Plan sprint commitments, manage dependencies, and tackle blockers.
• Contribute to design reviews, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps collaboration.
• Mentor engineers, promote maintainable code and best practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical designs and API documentation.
