Job summary

Capgemini in Chicago is seeking a Technical Lead - Full Stack to guide the design, development, and delivery of large-scale applications. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to architect scalable, secure solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery.

The role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and data platforms, plus strong testing, security, and cloud skills. This hybrid role is based in Chicago and other city locations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Software Engineering, Application Architecture, or Enterprise Application Delivery.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, React Hooks, and frontend state management frameworks.
• Strong experience designing and optimizing PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience working with Amazon Redshift and enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on experience implementing automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, and TDD practices.
• Strong integration experience with REST APIs, SOAP Services, FTP/SFTP, ETL Pipelines, and Kafka.
• Experience supporting enterprise application integration, data exchange, and messaging platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS (Preferred) and Azure (Preferred).
• Strong understanding of application security using OAuth and JWT authentication mechanisms.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
