Capgemini is seeking a Senior Software - Java AWS Lead to drive design, development and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. This onsite role in Dallas, TX demands strong Java Spring Boot, React, PostgreSQL, and data solutions with AWS/Azure cloud experience.

You will lead architecture reviews, mentor distributed teams, and own end-to-end delivery with CI/CD practices. Qualifications include 8+ years in software engineering, full stack expertise, and a BS in CS/Engineering.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Software Engineering, Full Stack, or Enterprise Delivery.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices experience.
• Hands-on with React.js and frontend state management.
• Extensive PostgreSQL design and performance tuning.
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms and data solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, ETL pipelines, and Kafka.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab/Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions).
• Security concepts (OAuth, JWT) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience mentoring distributed teams and agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise platforms.
• Define scalable, secure architectures aligned with business goals.
• Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to enforce standards.
• Develop backend with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Build frontend with React.js and React Hooks.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL and Redshift data solutions.
• Implement automated testing (JUnit, Mockito, TDD).
• Integrate enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, ETL, and Kafka.
• Lead distributed teams and drive sprint planning, governance, and quality.
