Responsibilities
- Hands-on delivery: lead fullstack development ~70% React, ~30% Java backend.
- Develop and maintain Java/Spring Boot services with REST APIs.
- Translate requirements into technical designs with architects and analysts.
- Onshore–offshore leadership: guide distributed teams across time zones.
- Plan sprints with PMs/POs and QA; manage dependencies and risks.
- Promote Agile practices: planning, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
- Conduct design/code reviews, ensure testing and secure coding.
- Improve performance, diagnose frontend/backend issues, and support deployments.
- Mentor developers and share knowledge on Java/React and best practices.
- Facilitate technical discussions and keep stakeholders informed.
- Maintain API documentation and operational guidance.
