Qualifications

• 7+ years as a fullstack engineer with Java (SpringBoot) and Angular.
• 1+ year experience leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Frontend work with Angular and TypeScript.
• Backend work with Java and SpringBoot.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Angular-based web apps, Java services, API integrations, and delivery of digital capabilities.
• Drive solution design, technical delivery, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams, review designs and code, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Guide planning through production implementation, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Own architecture for new initiatives, create proofs of concepts, and mentor teams.
