Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer, with a focus on Typescript/React and Python, Ruby, or Node backends.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Proficiency in database design and management using SQL and Postgres databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale mission-critical B2B SaaS products using TS/React and Python/Flask.
• Partner with teams to deliver cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter and React Native.
• Translate healthcare needs into production-ready architecture with PMs and designers.
• Build reusable frontend and backend frameworks to improve performance.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor peers, and set development standards.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to stay ahead of benchmarks.
• Diagnose bottlenecks to maximize reliability and uptime.
• Drive agile delivery across sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros.
