Job summary

Hippocratic AI in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to advance our Generative AI SaaS for voice-first healthcare. You will own end-to-end development across front-end, back-end, and mobile platforms, delivering reliable, scalable experiences for clinicians and patients.

You'll collaborate with AI researchers, product managers, designers, and healthcare professionals to translate complex requirements into production-ready systems, write robust APIs, and drive engineering

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer with TypeScript/React and Python backends.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and cloud-based services.
• Strong database design with Postgres and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale mission-critical B2B SaaS products for AI-driven clinical voice experiences.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native.
• Review code, mentor peers, and establish modern development standards.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and domain experts to translate healthcare needs into product features.
• Ensure reliability, security, and performance across the stack.
