Teamified is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a growing SaaS engineering team. You’ll deliver high-quality software across the Rosterfy stack, influence architecture, and help transition to a product-focused model emphasizing scalability, documentation, and collaboration.

The role requires experience in SaaS, cloud-native environments, and modern development practices. You’ll work across frontend and backend with a systems-thinking approach to create world-class customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building SaaS products end-to-end, ideally in multi-region environments.
• Comfortable working across the full-stack—from frontend to backend.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable features using Laravel, PHP, React/Next.js, and AWS.
• Collaborate with QA, Product, and Design to deliver user-focused features.
• Build and evolve APIs, integrations, and reusable components.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and performance.
• Lead by example in code quality, documentation, and mentorship.
• Contribute to architectural improvements and engineering strategy.
• Ensure accessibility and localisation across a multi-region SaaS.
• Maintain ISO27001/SOC2 compliant engineering practices.

AboutTheRole:

Reporting to your Technical Lead, this role will be responsible for delivering high-quality software across the Rosterfy stack as part of a growing SaaS engineering team. You'll contribute to the evolution of our platform architecture, influence engineering practices, and ship features that support some of the world's largest volunteer programs. You'll play a key role in our transition to a principle-led, product-focused engineering model - with a strong emphasis on scalability, quality, documentation, and collaboration. This is a senior-level role requiring demonstrated experience in SaaS, cloud-native environments, and modern software development practices. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you're comfortable transitioning between front and backend development using your systems thinking skills to create world-class experiences for our customers. You will play an important role in Rosterfy's evolution towards version 3 (event-driven architecture and domain-driven development)
