Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Sr Fullstack Developer to design and implement features for a mission-critical cyber defense platform in the United States. The role involves developing software across the full lifecycle, collaborating with cyber security experts, and delivering scalable enterprise applications.

Qualifications include Top Secret clearance, 10+ years in .NET Core/C#/Angular 16+, 5+ years in Agile and microservices, and experience with ETL and SQL Server.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret Clearance required.
• Certifications: Security+, CISSP, CASP+, or CISA.
• 10+ years experience with .NET Core, C#, Angular 16+, Typescript, and SQL Server or other relational databases.
• 5+ years experience in Agile software development and microservice architecture.
• Experience designing, implementing, supporting, and analyzing enterprise-scale applications.
• Proficiency with modern development toolsets including Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio, git, unit testing frameworks, and GitLab.
• Experience with ETL operations involving external data sources and SQL Server.
• Familiarity with distributed version control tools such as git and mercurial.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, architecture, and documentation.
• Experience with at least one OOP language: C, Java, or Python (Python preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop or modify software applications from requirements specifications.
• Design, code, benchmark, debug, and document features and changes.
• Review and enhance existing enterprise applications for new features and performance.
• Participate in performance, load, and stress testing and remediation.
• Contribute to security architecture reviews of large systems.
• Engage in full software lifecycle activities from analysis to sustainment.
• Create documentation, test scripts, and training materials as needed.
• Collaborate in an agile team with sprint planning and daily standups.
