Job summary

Ultimate Knowledge Institute in the United States is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help build the platform behind national cyber readiness. You will own features end to end across UI, API, data model, and deployment, working with Angular, React, Express, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes in a modern GitOps workflow.

You will collaborate with a product engineering team to set standards, design scalable services, and ship high-impact software for federal, DoD, and enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production web applications in a senior/lead capacity.
• Deep full-stack expertise across UI, API, and data layers with real features shipped.
• Strong Node.js and Express experience with authentication, authorization, and testing.
• Proficiency in Angular and React, with modern patterns and performance tuning.
• Production PostgreSQL experience including schema design and indexing.
• Cloud-native delivery with Kubernetes and GitOps/CI-CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build features end to end across UI, API, data model, and deployment.
• Design and evolve the API layer with strong data contracts and error handling.
• Own the Postgres data model, migrations, queries, and indexing decisions.
• Deliver rich dashboards and administrative tooling for the platform.
• Set architectural standards, module boundaries, testing, and observability.
• Optimize performance: backend latency, database queries, and frontend render.
• Ship in GitOps pipelines with ArgoCD, Kubernetes, and automated tests.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams and mentor engineers.
