Headway is hiring a Backend Engineer to build the core platforms powering modern mental healthcare. You’ll design reliable abstractions over a fragmented system, scale the insurance billing engine, and ship patient-first infrastructure at a high velocity.

You’ll work with Python and TypeScript, across Postgres, AWS, and AI tooling, partnering with product and clinical teams to deliver impact for providers and patients alike.

Responsibilities
