Job summary

PLACE is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to partner with the CTO and executives to build and scale our mortgage technology platform. You will ship features end-to-end across Rails APIs, TS/Node services, GraphQL gateway, and React frontends, with a focus on backend systems, third‑party integrations, and secure multi‑tenant data handling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and running production web applications.
• Strong backend focus with Rails API services and TypeScript.
• Experience with multi‑tenant data isolation and third‑party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features across Rails API services, TS/Node services, a GraphQL gateway, and React frontends.
• Own integrations with external platforms (LOS systems, mortgage providers, e‑sign vendors) including data mapping and reconciliation.
• Design and evolve asynchronous workflows using message queues and background jobs.
• Maintain multi‑tenant platform security and partner boundaries across queries and events.
• Lead technical design via design docs and architecture decisions before coding.
• Mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and AI‑assisted workflows.
