Job summary

Supermicro is hiring a senior web engineer to develop fast, scalable web applications from scratch for data center, cloud, and enterprise customers. You will optimize pages for SEO, architect reusable UI components, and drive frontend development for responsive web and mobile apps.

You will also guide releases, code reviews, and mentor junior teammates. The role requires strong PHP/MVC experience, LAMP stack proficiency, and familiarity with React, Magento, CMS platforms, and CI tools.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with LAMP stack required.
• Strong PHP & MVC framework experience (Laravel/ Zend).
• Proficient with MySQL and web servers (Apache/NGINX).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and building SPAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive web applications from scratch.
• Optimize pages for SEO.
• Architect reusable components and document them.
• Lead frontend development for responsive apps used on desktop and mobile.
• Guide releases, code reviews, and delegate tasks to juniors.
