Optro is seeking a senior software engineer to lead large, strategic projects and architect scalable solutions. You will mentor engineers, design end-to-end features, and drive product decisions across frontend and backend teams.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in web-based enterprise SaaS, experience with modern front-end frameworks, REST APIs, and a passion for learning and collaboration. This role offers remote work options and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing web-based enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience guiding high quality work through delivery across multiple developers.
• Experience with a modern front-end framework (React, Vue, Ember, etc.).
• Experience writing REST/JSON APIs.
