IntePros is seeking a Senior Application Developer / Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and hands-on development across a portfolio of enterprise customer service applications. This contract-to-hire role balances 70% leadership with 30% development and supports 2–3 applications with a blended team of onshore and offshore resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
5+ years of professional full-stack application development experience.
Strong hands-on development with Java.
Strong experience with Angular and modern front-end development.
Experience designing, developing, and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
Demonstrated full-stack development across frontend, backend, integrations, and data layers.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform or comparable enterprise cloud technologies.
Experience leading technical development efforts and guiding other developers.
Ability to manage development across multiple applications.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and SDLC processes.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across multiple enterprise applications, typically 2–3 simultaneously.
Lead solution design, technical decision-making, development planning, code reviews, and implementation efforts.
Guide a blended team of 10–15 onshore and offshore resources with technical direction.
Design, develop, enhance, and support full-stack applications using Java, Angular, RESTful APIs, and modern tech.
Balance enhancements with maintenance and production support.
Develop and maintain integrations and RESTful APIs connecting enterprise apps and services.
Support customer service tech solutions including Genesys integrations.
Contribute to workflow-based solutions using Appian.
Leverage Google Cloud Platform for data extraction, processing, and storage.
Participate in AI-focused development using Google Gemini and cloud AI capabilities.
Identify opportunities to incorporate AI into development and modernization.
Coordinate development activities across onshore/offshore resources ensuring quality and standards.
Support releases and deployments within established schedules.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
