Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading geographically dispersed teams delivering applications with medium to large complexity.
• Hands-on design and development with Java, REST/Microservices, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, continuous delivery and related concepts.
• Spring Boot, REST and some Angular Full stack would be a strong value add and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology conversations and set the technical direction for the teams.
• Coordinate development activities across organizational lines and deliver scalable financial applications.
• Drive architecture, design, performance optimization, and non-functional requirements.
