This individual will play a key role in driving projects forward, improving technical processes, and leveraging modern tools, including AI, to enhance delivery and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Lead and contribute to end‑to‑end system design and development, ensuring high‑quality, maintainable code
• Drive technical projects forward, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and priorities stay aligned
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into optimal technical solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements across the SDLC, from development through deployment
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve coding efficiency, automation, and development workflows
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, QA, and other engineering teams
• Act as a technical lead on projects, ensuring work is properly scoped, assigned, and tracked
• Coordinate team efforts to keep initiatives on schedule and align with goals
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, supporting their technical growth
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies—and drive resolution
