Qualifications

10+ years of software development experience, Java/Spring Boot/React and Oracle
Proven leadership and delivery of large-scale enterprise apps
Experience with microservices, cloud-native design, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with AI-assisted development and modern DevOps practices
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery skills

Responsibilities

Lead an Agile team to plan, design, develop, and launch enterprise applications
Code-contribute and perform personnel duties (performance reviews, hiring, promotions)
Provide technical guidance and ensure coding standards and reviews
Architect, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions with modern tech stack
Drive process improvements, automation, and performance optimization
Collaborate with senior leaders and external parties as needed
Mentor developers and align team with business goals
