Job summary

The Division of Administration/Office of Technology Services in Baton Rouge is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the modernization of critical software systems, including LDWF applications.

You will collaborate with vendors and management, develop with .NET/C#, SQL, Blazor, and front-end frameworks, and implement CI/CD within an Agile/SCRUM environment. Qualifications

• Five years of IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with .NET development stack and SQL databases.
• Experience leading development efforts in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and modernization of IT applications for LDWF stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendors and executive management to ensure delivery of IT services.
• Provide technical leadership across application software packages and databases.
• Design, code, test, and document applications using the OTS/AppDM stack.
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and drive project accountability.
