Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall experience in full stack development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js - Hooks, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong backend experience in Python - FastAPI / Django / Flask.
• Proven experience in leading a team - mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions.
• Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).
• Excellent communication skills - client facing role.
