Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who will play a key role in leading a team of developers while also being hands‑on in developing and deploying a scalable web application. This role requires expertise in React (Ant Design framework), Python, FastAPI, BigQuery, and Docker, with deployments in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

The ideal candidate is a strong technical leader who can make decisions, resolve complex issues, and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing APIs, defining data architecture, and ensuring high‑performance applications that scale.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Full Stack Development: Design and build user interfaces using React (Ant Design) and develop robust back‑end services with Python and FastAPI.
Database & Analytics: Work with BigQuery to handle large‑scale data processing and analytics.
Code Quality & Best Practices: Ensure high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to software development best practices.
Issue Resolution & Decision‑Making: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, making informed decisions to keep the team moving forward.
Agile Execution: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders in an agile development environment.
