Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on full stack development with 5+ years in a technical lead role.
• Deep .NET / C# experience; 5+ years Drupal in full stack capacity.
• Proven integration with enterprise platforms (Appian, SharePoint) and DB2.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation across the full stack (frontend, API, database, deployment).
• Set coding standards, branching, code reviews, test coverage, and definition of done.
• Own website performance, capacity, and security posture; mentor developers.
• Drive DevSecOps: containerized builds, pipelines, security scanning, vulnerability management.
• Interface with product owners and government stakeholders to shape requirements.
• Lead AI-assisted tooling adoption while maintaining security and quality.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance; quality of release notes.
