Job summary

NuAxis Innovations seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the public-facing intake app for federal clients, owning end-to-end design, security, and accessibility. You will oversee front-end, forms, services, data models, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Bring 7+ years in full-stack development, Drupal expertise, and strong PHP/Twig with JavaScript. Expect AWS/EKS deployment, REST API work, and guidance to junior engineers in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience, including Drupal delivery.
• Experience with Webform/module for complex public-facing forms.
• Strong PHP and Twig with modern JavaScript across the stack.
• REST API design and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience with Appian or similar BPM platforms.
• Cloud-native delivery on AWS with containerization (EKS) and CI/CD.
• Delivering solutions compliant with federal security and 508 standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of a public-facing intake app end-to-end — front-end, forms, services, data model, integrations.
• Build complex, accessible multi-step intake forms with validation and workflows.
• Design integrations to enterprise case management and document platforms via REST APIs and events.
• Implement secure file handling, authentication, and accessibility across systems.
• Mentor mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and set technical direction.
