Quest Corporation of America, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Web Developer and Web Team Lead to join our digital team. This hands-on role blends coding with people leadership, delivering reliable, accessible web solutions on time.

You will work across front-end and back-end, APIs, databases, Drupal environments, testing, deployment, and site maintenance, while coordinating a small web team and collaborating with project managers to estimate scope and schedules.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating developers and managing competing priorities.
• Experience with back-end development, databases, REST APIs, authentication, third-party integrations, and web app architecture.
• Working knowledge of Drupal to coordinate development, maintenance, testing, and delivery.
• Familiarity with WCAG and web accessibility testing/remediation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot responsive websites, web apps, dashboards, portals, and tools.
• Lead the day-to-day workflow of a small web development team and assign priorities.
• Coordinate Drupal development, accessibility audits, testing, and releases.
• Estimate work, manage deadlines, monitor hours, and document decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers to confirm scope, schedules, and changes.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting.
