Job summary

Quest Corporation of America in Central Florida seeks a Senior Full Stack Web Developer & Web Team Lead to drive hands-on development while guiding a small web team. You will work across front-end and back-end, APIs, databases, Drupal, accessibility, testing, deployment, and ongoing site maintenance.

The role emphasizes coordinating assignments, monitoring schedules, ensuring quality, and delivering projects from requirements through launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full stack web development experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating the work of developers and managing priorities.
• Experience with back-end development, databases, REST APIs, authentication, third-party integrations, and web app architecture.
• Working knowledge of Drupal to coordinate development and delivery.
• Understanding of WCAG and web accessibility testing/remediation.
• Familiarity with Git, development workflows, hosting environments, SSL, backups, cloud tools, and CI/CD concepts.
• Knowledge of secure coding, access control, credential handling, and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot responsive websites, web apps, dashboards, portals, webforms, and digital tools.
• Support back-end development, application logic, databases, authentication, APIs, integrations, and secure data workflows.
• Connect sites and apps with third-party systems (project management tools, CRMs, email tools, dashboards, mapping tools, reporting).
• Support database queries, imports/exports, data connections, and structured data management.
• Troubleshoot bugs, integrations, performance issues, and user-reported problems; implement maintainable solutions.
• Work within Git-based environments; support development, staging, testing, deployment, and release workflows.
• Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, deployment steps, and troubleshooting.
• Lead day-to-day workflow of a small web development team across full stack, Drupal, and accessibility resources.
• Assign and prioritize work; establish owners and due dates; monitor progress and resources.
• Coach team members; reinforce accountability; share knowledge; maintain development standards.
• Collaborate with PMs to develop estimates, confirm scope, and assess change impact; document decisions.
• Maintain project data in Monday.com or similar PM systems; track milestones, dependencies, reviews, approvals.
• Monitor hours and timekeeping; flag overruns; align work with budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate Drupal development and maintenance with a Drupal developer; manage content migrations and testing.
