Job summary

You will mentor engineers, drive event-driven patterns with Kafka, and partner with product and operations to deliver resilient platforms and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training with 5+ years of applied experience.
• Strong microservices/APIs development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building modern web UIs with React or Angular.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of full-stack services across Java/Spring Boot and UI.
• Drive event-driven patterns using Kafka, with idempotency and retries.
• Improve CI/CD, testing strategy, and release readiness.
• Own production excellence, performance tuning and incident prevention.
• Enhance observability with dashboards, logs, and alerts.
• Mentor engineers and promote reusable patterns within squads.
• Coordinate delivery with product, operations, and other teams.
• Promote AI-assisted engineering practices with measurable validation standards.
