Qualifications

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of experience.
Advanced hands-on experience building microservices and APIs using Java and Spring Boot at scale.
Strong full-stack depth with modern web frameworks (React/Angular) and API/UI design tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and delivery of complex full-stack capabilities across services and UIs (Java/Spring Boot with React/Angular).
Drive event-driven architecture with Kafka (idempotency, retries, ordering, DLQ).
Establish and improve CI/CD quality gates and automated testing strategies.
Own production excellence: reduce incidents, improve RCAs, and optimize performance.
Improve observability with metrics, dashboards, logs, and alerts.
