Responsibilities
- Lead design and delivery of full-stack capabilities (Java/Spring Boot with React/Angular).
- Drive event-driven patterns using Kafka, including idempotency, retries, ordering, schema evolution, and dead-letter queues.
- Improve testing, CI/CD quality gates, and release readiness.
- Own production excellence by reducing incidents and improving observability and performance.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews and coaching.
