Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale full-stack applications using Java/Spring and React/TS.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries at scale.
• Proficient in AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies including CI/CD, resiliency, and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms across systems.
• Leverages enterprise AI coding tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer review.
• Designs and implements backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develops modern web UIs with React and TypeScript, using reusable components.
• Ensures UI accessibility following WCAG, including keyboard navigation.
• Gathers and visualizes data for continuous improvement of software applications.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to drive architecture improvements.
• Contributes to communities of practice and explores new technologies.
