Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Extensive experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications with full-stack expertise.
• Working with design systems and applying consistent UI standards at scale.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to tackle complex problems.
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with enterprise systems.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality and productivity with peer review and secure coding standards.
• Designs and implements backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develops modern web UIs using React and TypeScript with reusable components.
• Ensures UI accessibility following WCAG and accessibility best practices.
• Gathers and analyzes data to visualize insights and support continuous improvement.
• Identifies data-driven patterns to improve coding hygiene and system architecture.
