Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• At least 6 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and virtualization tools.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Mentor engineers, drive tech strategy, and sometimes code or review code as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions for risk management.
• Define multi-year technology roadmaps and investment priorities.
