Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• 7+ years coding across Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
• 3+ years with database management systems.
• 4+ years contributing to open source frameworks.
• 3+ years front-end JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• 4+ years building synchronous and asynchronous APIs.
• 3+ years CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing frameworks.
• 3+ years Git-based version control.
• 3+ years troubleshooting cloud environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers in distributed microservices and full stack systems.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and manage design, development, and operational excellence across Agile teams.
