AXS, a leader in live entertainment technology, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer – Full Stack to design and scale core ticketing platforms from Los Angeles. You’ll own the web platform end-to-end, spanning front-end architecture, APIs, and data integrations for high-demand global use cases.

You’ll drive technical direction, mentor engineers, and partner with Product and Design to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with technical leadership.
• Experience with front-end frameworks (React/Next.js) and modern architectures.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core; building APIs.
• Strong focus on performance, accessibility, and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Own the web platform end-to-end, focusing on front-end architecture and UX.
• Lead design and evolution of front-end systems and supporting back-end services and APIs.
• Define platform standards for UI architecture, accessibility, and performance.
• Deliver scalable consumer-facing and B2B web apps for global use cases.
• Balance hands-on development with planning, leadership, and team oversight.
• Align technical work with product goals and business objectives.
• Guide front-end standards and engineering practices across the team.
• Act as technical lead, driving delivery and continuous improvement.
