Citi in Irving, Texas is seeking a senior, technically-grounded leader to act as a Digital Software Engineering Group Manager. You will guide multiple full-stack teams, shaping architecture and delivery across Java/Spring Boot, Angular/React, and cloud-native patterns.

You will hire, mentor, and develop talent while aligning technology strategy with business goals; this role requires a strong commercial sense and a proven track record leading engineering organizations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development with progression to managing multiple teams.
• Strong hands-on full-stack background in Java backend and modern frontend stacks.
• Proven experience with microservices, cloud-native patterns, and API design.

Responsibilities
