Globe Life Inc. is seeking a Sr. Developer III to join our team in a hybrid role based in McKinney, TX.

You will design, build, and ship full-stack web applications, owning features from frontend UI to API and data layers, while driving performance, security, and reliability. You will mentor junior engineers, lead frontend architecture decisions, and collaborate with product, QA, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with strong frontend focus.
• Expert-level frontend with Vue 3 and TypeScript; strong backend with .NET Core.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack web applications from requirements to production release.
• 2) Own features end-to-end including frontend, API, and data layer.
• 3) Drive performance, security, and scalability improvements across applications.
• 4) Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and guide frontend architecture decisions.
• 5) Collaborate across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
