Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a senior software developer to join our McKinney, TX team. You will design, build, and ship full‑stack web applications from requirements through production release, owning quality, performance, and reliability throughout.

Take full ownership of features end‑to‑end: front‑end UI, back‑end API, data layer, and deployment. Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, security issues, and scalability concerns.

Qualifications

• Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with 7+ years front-end (Vue 3 or Angular) and 5+ years full-stack .NET Core.
• Proven ability to lead front-end architecture decisions and deliver production web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack web applications from requirements through production release.
• Own front-end architecture, performance, accessibility, and security across the stack.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive modernization efforts.
• Own CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and collaborate with QA, DBAs, and product owners.
