Qualifications

• 8+ years building frontend or full-stack apps focused on UX.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; experience with React/Next.js.
• Experience using data, analytics, or experimentation to guide product decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve product journeys from sign-up through onboarding, feature discovery, and purchase.
• Refine user experiences that help developers and teams realize the value of Postman.
• Design features that drive adoption of core platform capabilities across user types.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Data to identify opportunities and prioritize improvements across the user journey.
• Use experimentation and analytics to inform decisions and validate impact.
• Develop a deep understanding of how developers use Postman and apply insights to improve the product.
• Iterate quickly with thoughtful, incremental improvements.
