Job summary

Postman is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the strategy for Postman's web experience across postman.com and related properties. You will own the web as a customer-facing product, shaping journeys, expanding top-of-funnel discovery, and building a measurement-forward foundation with cross‑functional teams.

You will lead strategic prioritization, partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and Growth, and drive outcomes that improve customer engagement and business value

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience leading customer-facing web products at scale.
• Proven ability to translate problems into strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Deep web product expertise across CMS, frontend, SSR, CDN, and performance.
• Strong fluency in technical search optimization and information architecture.
• Experience with cookies, privacy, and analytics.
• Fluent in funnel analysis, experiments, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent cross-functional influence with executives.
• Customer empathy for developers and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Set the web product vision and roadmap for postman.com and related properties.
• Expand discovery and top-of-funnel reach across the product portfolio.
• Own the end-to-end web journeys from first visit to product entry.
• Build analytics and attribution foundations with Data and Engineering.
• Lead privacy-aware measurement with cookies, consent, and regional rules.
• Make technical search optimization a product capability and strategy.
• Raise web performance and quality through standards and collaboration.
• Lead through influence with senior partners across disciplines.
• Develop global localization for web experiences across markets.
