Postman is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the product strategy for Postman’s web experience across postman.com and related properties. You will own the web as a customer-facing product and a business system, shaping journeys, expanding top-of-funnel discovery, and building the foundation for learning and improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience leading customer-facing web products at scale.
• Experience owning strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes for web experiences.
• Proven ability to influence across Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Growth.

Responsibilities

• Set the web product vision and roadmap for postman.com and related properties.
• Expand product discovery and top-of-funnel reach across the product portfolio.
• Own the most important web journeys from first visit to product entry, reducing friction.
• Build an analytics and attribution foundation with instrumentation and dashboards.
• Lead privacy-aware measurement, including cookies, consent, and regional requirements.
• Own technical search optimization as a product capability (SEO for web surfaces).
• Raise the bar for web performance, accessibility, and reliability across browsers.
