You will lead a small development team, build and maintain full‑stack web applications, and enhance mission‑critical workflows using a diverse tech stack. You’ll collaborate with analysts, operators, and customers to translate requirements into robust solutions, while applying CI/CD and Linux-based development to deliver high‑quality software in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree).
• 12 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Extensive experience with full-stack development, particularly Java and Angular JavaScript.
• Experience working with non-relational databases.
• Experience soliciting and incorporating customer feedback into software development.
• Experience developing software in Linux environments.
• Experience with AI-assisted development.
• Experience leading software development teams and coordinating technical efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small development team focused on improving high-value operational workflows and delivering mission-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support analytic and operational workflows.
• Expand existing workflow automation efforts to improve efficiency and streamline mission processes.
• Develop and maintain backend analytics to support application functionality and mission requirements.
• Work with non-relational databases to support application development and data management.
• Collaborate with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
• Break down complex development efforts into actionable tasks, coordinate team responsibilities, and support iterative delivery through CI/CD workflows.
