Visionist, Inc. in Columbia, MD is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a funded, mission-focused program on our largest PRIME contract.

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph is required, and you will develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support mission operations and analytics workflows. You will collaborate with analysts and engineers, gather customer requirements, and contribute to automation and tool development across diverse data sources, delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• 3 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Experience with full-stack software development, with an emphasis on AI workflows.
• Experience soliciting and incorporating customer feedback into software development.
• Experience programming in JavaScript and Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support mission operations and analytic workflows.
• Support the development of agentic tools that gather, organize, and curate information packages from multiple data sources.
• Expand existing workflow automation efforts to streamline processes and improve mission efficiency.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows, learn and improve upon customer tradecraft, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with customer leadership, analysts, and developers to gather requirements, implement solutions, and incorporate feedback.
• Coordinate with other development teams to support shared technical approaches and mission requirements across customer groups.
