Visionist, Inc. is actively seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to support our largest PRIME contract.

You will develop and maintain full-stack web applications used for mission operations and analytic workflows, collaborating with analysts and customers in a fast-paced CI/CD environment. The role requires 8 years of software engineering experience, a technical Bachelor's degree, and strong skills in web development, databases, Linux, and AI-assisted tooling.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; higher experience can substitute.
• 8 years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Extensive full-stack web development experience.
• Experience with relational databases.

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications that support mission operations and analytic workflows
• Apply dataflow expertise to improve development processes and streamline mission workflows
• Expand existing workflow automation efforts to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• Collaborate directly with analysts, operators, developers, and customers to identify requirements and deliver practical solutions
• Develop and refine solutions through iterative development and fast-paced CI/CD workflows
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to continuously improve application functionality and project outcomes

Requirements for your new career…

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline. (Additional 4 years of experience may substitute degree)
• 8 years of experience in Software Engineering
• Extensive experience with full-stack software development, particularly web application development
• Experience working with relational databases
• Experience with customer cross-domain solutions
• Experience soliciting, evaluating, and incorporating customer feedback
• Experience developing software in Linux environments
• Experience with the Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence
• Experience with AI-assisted development

Salary range: $165,000 - $209,000
