Job summary

Claritev is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead and contribute as an expert full-stack developer on an Agile team. You will design, build, and test scalable systems, mentor engineers, and ensure HIPAA compliance while partnering with Architects for robust solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of progressive software experience with a track record as a lead and a strong collaboration mindset. The team emphasizes security, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with ASP.Net , .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVC, SQLServer.
• UI applications built with React.
• Experience with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Microservices architecture with DDD concepts.
• Containerized apps with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• AI-assisted tooling usage with engineering best practices.
• Experience with message brokers (Azure Service Bus/RabbitMQ).
• TDD/BDD practices and maintaining code coverage.
• Automated tests with a testing framework.
• Modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Relational and non-relational database queries and procedures.
• EFCore ORM usage and data access patterns.
• Design and integration patterns including Microservices.
• Authentication and Authorization best practices.
• GitHub/GIT best practices.
• Excellent communication and strong troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for producing stable and high performing applications from scratch.
• Work in Agile methodologies and contribute to the full lifecycle of user stories.
• Define high level technical design and follow architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers and mentor junior engineers.
