Job summary

Claritev is seeking a Principal Software Engineer in the McLean, VA area to lead full-stack development on an Agile team. You will guide architects, design scalable systems, and mentor engineers while ensuring HIPAA compliance and secure software delivery.

A Bachelor's in a related field is preferred and 8+ years of software experience with 3+ years in a lead role are expected. You will work with ASP.NET/.NET Core, C#, React, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/OCI) in a microservices environment,

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with ASP.Net, .NET Core, C#, Web API, MVC, SQLServer.
• Hands on experience building UI applications with React.
• Experience with Azure/AWS/OCI cloud platforms.
• Experience with Microservices and DDD.
• Experience with message brokers (Azure Service Bus/RabbitMQ).
• Experience with containerized apps (Kubernetes/Helm).
• Experience with TDD/BDD and code coverage.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with DevSecOps pipelines and practices.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases and EF Core.
• Knowledge of design and integration patterns including Microservices.
• Authentication/Authorization best practices and GitHub workflows.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
