You will own features end‑to‑end, mentor peers, collaborate with product management and customers, and drive performance improvements across teams while maintaining a strong belief in security and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ with a Master’s, or 3+ with a PhD, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Good understanding of web application architecture (frontend and backend)
• Positive, can-do mindset; able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Create and own features from design to deployment and support in customer environments.
• Lead platform projects end-to-end, owning flows and delivering product improvements.
• Work with product management and customers to devise innovative solutions to security challenges.
• Serve as a technical leader, mentoring engineers and improving team performance and best practices.
• Identify areas for improvement within team processes and drive positive change through new initiatives or optimizations.
• Work on both frontend and backend tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize features.
