Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building and operating production web applications.
• Ability to lead complex projects across frontend and backend layers, including ambiguous requirements or cross-team dependencies.
• Strong experience with a modern frontend framework such as React and a typed language such as TypeScript, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large or ambiguous end-to-end initiatives across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop product experiences using technologies such as TypeScript and React, along with services and APIs using Go or Python.
• Translate customer problems and product goals into thoughtful technical designs, clear tradeoffs, and incremental delivery plans.
• Own work from discovery and design through implementation, launch, measurement, operational support, and iteration.
• Mentor engineers and help teammates grow their technical judgment, product instincts, and ability to deliver end-to-end work.
