As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at LaunchDarkly, you will lead the design and delivery of customer-facing product experiences and the backend systems that support them. You will work across the application boundary from intuitive, accessible interfaces to reliable services, APIs, and data flows and help shape how customers understand, configure, and control software delivery.

This is an opportunity to own complex, high-impact work where engineering judgment is visible. You will partner closely with Product, Design, Data, Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, and adjacent teams to make complex capabilities feel clear and useful, while ensuring that the underlying systems are scalable, secure, observable, and dependable. Your technical decisions will influence both the product experience and the systems that enable it.
